CMC inspection & test approach Authentication Place 2g sample in 10ml warming distilled water, mixed completely, agitate the solution to colloid, cool down. 30ml sample of test solution, add 3ml Muriatic acid, white deposition. 50ml sample of test solution ,add 10ml copper Sulphate test , fluey light blue deposition Use Muriatic acid wet Platinum filament, burn it on achromatic blaze to achromaticity, dip in the test solution , burn it on achromatic blaze, the blaze become Bright Yellow. 1) Viscosity, degree of substitution, Sodium content, pH value, Chloridate, Sodium Chloride, drying decrement, heavy metal (Pb), Fe, As complied with GB1904-89. 2) Purity, drilling fluid complied with SY5093-92. 3) Total number of bacteio complied with GB7918.2. 4) Degree of etherification complied with GB12028-89 or Q/LH1-2001. 5) Degree of acid viscidity complied with Q/LH1-2001. Packing Two layers package, inner layer adopted Polyethylene bag, outer layer adopted composite paper bag with inner lining knitting bag or outer knitting bag. Net weight:25kg or 20 kg. Identification Marked on packing: producer, article, brand, design code, spec., B.N., date of production, net weight and other necessary identification. Transportation , Storage In storage and transportation, the product may be placed in clean, dried and ventilated warehouse, don't mix with toxically peculiar smell substances, take care of waterproof package.
