Innotech Powders Ltd (IPL) is one of the newest ventures manufacturing Spherical Aluminium, Magnesium and thier Alloy Powders using a state-of-the-art Atomizing Technology. The company is capable of producing other Non-Ferrous Metal Powders viz., Copper, Silver, Zinc, Tin, Lead, Gold etc., and their Alloys. The Atomization is carried out under inert Gas atmosphere and is capable of producing Superfine, High Purity, Spherical Powders having rapid solidification processing (RSP) characteristics. The manufacturing facilities are located in the heart of Mandiakudar Industrial Estate in a lush Green surrounding right on the State Highway No.10, in the district of Sundergarah, Orissa, INDIA. We offer a complete range of coarse to Superfine Powders tailormade to customer requirements. The product size fractions are availiable in the range of +60, -60 +100, -100 +200, -200 +325, -325 +400, -400. DSS Mesh or any other combinations. Other Superfine size fractions below 400 mesh could be availiable on request.

ATOMIZED ALUMINIUM POWDERS
These powders are 99.5% plus purity, with low oxide content. They have wide applications which include Refractories, Explosives, Pyrotechnics, Ordnance, Thermit welding, Chemical catalysts, Tabelleting, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, in the production of aluminothermic chromium, calcium etc.
SPHERICAL ATOMIZED ALUMINIUM POWDERS
These powders are 99.7%-plus purity, with close controlled size range, which are spherical in shape with extremely low oxide content & superior flow characteristics. Typical applications include as solid propellants for space and aerospace applications etc.
SPHERICAL ATOMIZED ALUMINIUM ALLOY POWDERS
A wide range of atomized spherical powders having rapid solidification processing (RSP) characteristics produced under non-equilibrium conditions from aluminium based alloys and super alloy melts with a minimum batch size of 500Kg are available. Commercial production of precision parts through the Powder Metallurgy (P/M) route represents an important class of materials in the fabrication of Aluminium alloys. The superior properties of Aluminium P/M parts include high strength, lightweight, high thermal and electrical conductivity, and corrosion resistance. The applications include Automotive, Business machines, Appliances, Power tools, and a variety of other applications. SPHERICAL MAGNESIUM AND ITS ALLOY POWDERS
These powders are produced from virgin Magnesium ingots of 99.9%-plus purity, alloyed to customer's specs with close controlled size range, which are spherical in shape with extremely low oxide content & superior flow characteristics. Atomization is carried out under Argon gas which imparts rapid solidification processing (RSP) characteristics and are available with a minimum batch size of 200Kg. Typical applications include:
