Granulation Machinery
We manufacture different Granulation Machineries used widely in all fields of Chemical manufacturing. Our main product which is very famous worldwide is the DRG Type twin Roller Tablet Press which is widely used for the filled particle in Capsules, Pigment, Detergent, Strontium Carbonate, Chemical fertilizer, White Carbon, Inorganic Salts, Bleaching Powder, Agro chemical, etc, And also for Powder recovered material in industry such as dust in cast-iron work, lead, aluminum dust, dust of rotating furnace, filter dust, grinding dust and etc.
Drying Machinery
Our drying machines are built after doing an extensive research on what the industry demand is. We build Drying machines which has the following merits:
Sum up courses include breaking, dispersing, boiling & drying, drying of air flow, classification to actualize one machine with many functions, and short process as well. The machines are widely applied to either slurry material with viscosity or powder material without viscosity. It is no need to make the filter cakes diluted and beaten before they are taken into drying chamber ,so it may save energy more than 30% against spray dryer. Stay time of material in the drying chamber is shorter and may be determined suitably according to the drying degree of the material itself. So it is especially applied to the drying of material with feature of thermal sensitivity. Smaller volume but heavier intensity of drying. Simple structure with reliability .Easy to operate, convenient to maintenance. Auto-control shall be brought though molding of the drying control.
S-L Separation Machinery
We manufacture two types of Separation Machineries the FD type Self Cleaning Centrifugal Separator and the FW Type Horizontal Inverting Centrifuge. Since there is no mechanical stressing, e.g. due to scrapping, pressing etc., the FW Type Horizontal Inverting Centrifuge provide with applied value to the occasion that the shape and purity of the crystal need to be preserved and the occasion of S-L separation that the solid material possess thixotropy. So it can completely take the place of three-feet centrifugal separator. And the FD Type Self Cleaning Centrifugal Separator is applied to the occasion of recovery and purify where the ratio of solid phase is lower.
